Took B.A and M.A. Music with first Rank in the years 2004 and 2006 from Sri Sathguru Sangeetha Vidyalayam, College Of Music, Affiliated to Madurai Kamaraj University. Carried out M.Phil in Indian Music at the same institution.

• Working as Assistant professor in music at this institution since the year 2008.
• Now she has been pursuing Ph.D., as a part time canditate at Madurai Kamaraj University under the guidance of Dr. Latha varma.
• Achieved first prize in light music National level competition held at Hyderabad in the year 1996.
• First prize in light music National level competition held at Mumbai in the year 1997.
• She has produced lots of music albums. Some of them are
• "Mani Osai" " Devotional Songs on Ayyappan
• "Viduthalai Vetkai" " Integration songs
• "Memory songs including "Thirukkural", "Paanjali sapadham" and "Kambaramayan" Sponsored by Government of Tamilnadu.
• Also she has to her credit so many Christian devotional song albums.
